We have recently completed early RIBA Stage1/2 concept designs for planning on a number of schemes.
Hatfield Road, Enfield

An interesting project to provide a low carbon development for a new build 6 floor residential block with commercial space on the ground floor. A total of 38 apartments of a mixture of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. The proposal is to use the local district heating system which benefits from a very low carbon emission rating due to its use of waste energy, plus high level of insulation, MVHR, and roof mounted photovoltaics.

All with minimial disruption to the ground floor retail units which will remain trading. Currently in for planning, we carried out an Energy report to support the planning application and worked with the design team to prepare the concept MEP proposals.
