For new schemes, we provide MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services from the initial stages of a project through to completion and beyond. Working alongside the design team, we operate within the scope of the RIBA framework from the initial concept (Stage 0-1) to concept design (Stage 2) and through to the full design stages.

Flexible Design Approaches

We tailor our design services to suit the client’s requirements:

  • For Clients: We offer a full traditional design package or a performance design package, where the final design is completed by the contractor as part of a “design and build” contract.
  • For Contractors: We provide detailed design services as part of their proposal to comply with the client’s performance specification.

Advanced Design Tools and Software

As part of our design process, we use building thermal modelling as standard on our projects. Our software packages include:

  • IES-VE for thermal modelling
  • Amtech for electrical design
  • Dialux for lighting design

We provide both 2D and 3D drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, ensuring precision and adaptability in our designs.

Expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM)

We have extensive experience working with Building Information Modelling (BIM), a collaborative approach that goes beyond 3D drawing. We work within standard formats alongside the design team to enhance project coordination and efficiency.
