From the companies beginning, we have set up our office procedures to facilitate remote working through cloud-based applications and have been able to mange this transition smoothly. Following the latest advice, we would confirm the following steps that TEW have taken:
- Our office is now closed with all personnel operating remotely.
- Please do not visit our offices. Please speak to your contact about arranging a video call. All our personnel have facilities for video calling using a number of systems. Our preferred method is Microsoft Teams (https://products.office.com/en-GB/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software)
- We will not be collecting any post, therefore if you need a reply, please contact us by email.
- Our main telephone lines are being transferred to remote numbers. Please use direct mobile numbers of your contacts. If you need a specific contact or for general enquiries, please email general@theengineeringworkshop.com .
- Site visits or surveys requests will be reviewed. Our current understanding is that these should be for essential services only. Please contact us to discuss.
